Position: Workshop Manager (Expatriate)
Job Location: Port Harcourt/Nigeria
JD:
•
Manage end-to-end work flow at the workshop in order to increase efficiency and customers' satisfaction
• Manage team leader's activities , job allocation, job flow and job scheduling
• Coordinate operational resource; and workshop staff for improve productivity
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety standards while working with the required tools
• Collaborate with GM Aftersales, Parts Manager, Technical Instructor to ensure standardization of workshop processes
Requirements:
• Relevant degree
• Minimum 15 years experience in Managing workshop in an EPC company
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
