• To drive market penetration of all business segments, manage customer relationships and drive the acquisition of new businesses to achieve profit realization.
• To provide strategic management of business segments in New Countries/Markets of operations for sustainable growth and income generation.
Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
· Prepare annual marketing plans and strategies for revenue generation to achieve target objectives.
· Develop marketing plans and strategies for all Business segments to enable achievement of targeted growth and profit objectives.
· Understand and monitor Country-specific government policies and pronouncements as it relates to our business operations.
· Monitor and control business segment income and expenditure to ensure profitability.
· Recommend the creation of new products and service offerings to increase business segments profitability
· Provide leadership to all business segments
· Contribute to the effective launching of new products to ensure favorable market response and optimum build-up of revenue
· Facilitate, establish and maintain effective relationships with new and existing customers.
· Evaluate market research and competitor analyses in order to formulate marketing plans and strategies.
· Assume overall accountability for all Business segments expenditure on products and services.
· Monitor and assign targets to all Business segments to ensure effective focus on target achievement
· Coach and motivate employees to effectively execute their day-to-day tasks to meet corporate targets and delivery of objectives
· Provide advisory support to direct reports by identifying business opportunities and drawing a plan/program to achieve set targets.
· Provide Weekly/Monthly performance report to the Group CEO, highlight key issues, and proffer professional recommendations where necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Group Head, Sales/Group CEO

Requirements
Educational Requirements
• Minimum Educational level – Bachelor’s degree; higher degrees/MBA/professional certificates compulsory.
Experience
• Minimum experience 5 -10 years relevant experience.
