For a multinational Energy and power solutions company,
Location is Lagos

Account Officer
(At least 2 years of relevant experience).
Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material.
Check invoices for inaccuracies.
Reconcile accounts with the general ledger.
Handle general account queries
Excellent interpersonal skills
Bsc or HND Accountancy
Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
Great analytical skills.
Eye for detail.
 Accounts Receivable Supervisor
JD
Monitor processing of invoices
Ensure timely collection of payments
Conduct credit checks
Negotiate with clients in non-payment cases.
Organize records of invoices, bills and deposits.
Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law.
Support Accounts Receivable Clerks on a daily basis and train new team members.
Proven work experience as an Accounts Supervisor.
Hands-on experience with accounting software.
Familiarity with advanced formulas in Ms Excel.
Team management and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving attitude
Confidentiality
BSc or HND degree in Accounting.
ICAN certification is mandatory
