Job Description

Responsible for secondary sales and driving visibility, availability and penetration in the open market and retail stores in neighbourhood.

Requirements/Qualifications

SSCE/NCE/National Diploma
Not older than 30 years
Must be able to ride tricycle/KekeNapep with valid rider’s license
1-2 years sales experience
Be able to provide credible guarantor
Must be conversant with and living very close to Alimosho, Ogudu and its environment.

1. PRACTICE MANAGER (Or Chief Operating Officer)
Requirements:
Preferably B.sc, MBA/Masters is a added advantage, must have Management portfolio
Relevant certifications is a plus and must possess at least 5 to 7 years experience in a similar capacity
Responsibilities:
• Supervise company’s day to day operations and management.
• Monitor and follow up on briefs till completion.
• Coordinate communication and efficiency within support areas.
• Drive organizational initiatives.
• Prepare implement and regularly review the firm’s strategy against set goals with a combination of detailed HR, Finance, IT, and Marketing strategies.
• Regularly review industry best practice and research industry norms, in order to identify opportunities and exploit them.
• Monitor and oversee client management.
• Take a central role in coordinating and driving the firm’s performance in line with its strategic objectives.
• Ensure that the Firm is compliant and fulfils tax related, legislative and law society requirements.
• Liaise with external and internal parties and vendors on financial, accounting, and operational matters.
• Prepare or oversee internal and external audit and reporting material.
• Review financial statements with management committee.
• Direct, manage with strong oversight over cash flow requirements of the firm, ensuring collection of outstanding invoices/money and the payment to creditors occur in the best interest of the firm.
• Provide strategic direction to development and managing of the annual planning and budgeting process.
• Liaising with other legal professionals such as solicitors to improve the firm’s processes.
• Drive decision making from the management and creates medium and long-term improvement for the firm.
• Manage and contribute significantly to the firm’s operations and management.
• Participate in the performance management process, certain recruitment processes and strategic HR functions.

2. PROJECT COORDINATOR
Requirements:
Preferable B.sc, MBA/Masters is a plus and 3 to 5 years similar experience
Must have Project Management Certifications & a Project Management portfolio, Risk management certifications is a plus
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Break projects into achievable actions and set timeframes.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives of a project(s).
• Create teams, assign tasks to internal teams, and assist with schedule management.
• Prepare budgets and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders step-by-step and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and appropriate allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Provide timely feedback to stakeholders and escalate issues that may arise in a timely manner.
• Perform risk assessment and manage project risk to the barest minimum.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

3. CONTENT WRITER (or Copywriter) for one year renewable contract
Requirements:
Preferably B.sc, MBA/Master

Must have a Writing portfolio, relevant certifications is a plus
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing content goals and the strategies to reach those goals.
• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies).
• Write clear marketing content to promote our strength and services.
• Create, write, and manage user documentation for company products.
• Ensure originality and avoid plagiarism.
• Coordinate on cross-functional teams to determine content and training needs.
• Assess, test and document new and upcoming product/services/events/program features.
• Draft and review product design and required documents.
• Draft and manage corporate style guide and terminology conventions.
• Execute internal processes to create documentation and content.
• Develop print, electronic and web communication, to support the firms’ goals.
• Support company publications and information dissemination.
• Research and collect information for departmental and company communications.
• Prepare well-structured drafts using content management systems.
• Proofread and edit all documents and written material before publication.
• Coordinate with business development and design teams to illustrate articles.
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
• Promote content on social media.

Job objective:
• Would be responsible for ensuring that assigned motorcycle is used for authorized assignments and is in good working condition always.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ride company’s motorcycle to accomplish official duties
• Must observe all HSE driving related policies to ensure the consistent safety of documents and motorcycle
• Report all matters relating to assigned motorcycle to the supervisor
• Responsible for updating the Riders’ Logbook on a daily basis with the required information.
• Must ensure that assigned motorcycle documents/ particulars are updated and valid.
• Must ensure that the motorcycle is cleaned routinely or when the need arises.
• Responsible for carrying out the daily inspection on the general condition of assigned motorcycle and must
• Properly lock motorcycle when there is a need to leave them unattended to.
• Responsible for internal and external mails distribution when necessary.
• Transporting and receiving invoices and documents items quickly by motorcycle
• Record information, such as items received and delivered
• Dispatch riders sign for the package on the collection and get an appropriate person to sign for it upon delivery
• Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification and Experience Required:
• Minimum of SSCE
• At least 8 years working experience as Dispatch Driver.
• Not more than 35 years
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge& Skills:
• Proven experience as a Rider
• A valid driver’s license
• A clean driving record
• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
• Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts
• A polite and professional disposition
• Must be able to multi-task
