Our Client, a leading fitness-gym in Nigeria urgently seek to hire Outdoor Sales Officer to join her organisation immediately.

Location: Lekki Branch
Role: Outdoor Sales Officer
Gross Salary Range N:150,000 - 200,000

Job Specification:
• Strong interpersonal skills. 
• Self-starter.                                                                 
• Good with outdoor sales prospecting and sales closing
• Ability to prospect and approach clients independently.                                   • 3-years of outdoor sales experience.

Job Duties:
• Engage potential clients (corporates/groups etc) and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with new customers through calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
• Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
• Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them,

Qualification:
- B.Sc/HND degree holder in any university.

Industry Experience:
- Insurance/HMO

Our client is looking for a friendly, vibrant and lively individual to join their sales team immediately.

Salary: 60k Net
Location: Lekki, Opebi, Magodo, Yaba VGC Branches

Qualifications:
• OND/HND with minimum of 1 year experience in sales/customer service.                               
• Ability to communicate fluently and confidently
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to positively engage customers and implement directives/policies/processes as expected by management.
• Good computer skills.

A Sales Assistant duties would include:

• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
• Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues as needed.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales
• Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
• Generate and work on customer referrals
• Answer all customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate customer questions as needed
• Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend the customer lifetime value
• Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
• Communicating the companies products excellently to win sales.
