Job Summary:
Developing and implementing grease marketing strategies. Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities.
Setting standards, targets and workout shortfalls for grease.
Research grease consumers markets for opportunities. Ensure quality consistency of the grease products.
Lead grease development activities. Create technical documentation like white papers and usage guides which are crucial to the continued success of our products for both internal team members and external customers.
Train subordinates to have deep understanding of the technical aspects of the product, and train new marketing staff.
Research competitors’ products and provide information/findings both technical and marketing to COO and the National Sales Coordinator.
Develop industrial grease market.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University.
MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ cognate experience in Sales & Marketing of Industrial Grease
Use of Microsoft Suites (Power Point, Excel & Word Docs) should be beyond average.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP is an added advantage.

2. Job Title – Mechanical Fitter – LOCATION: Apapa, Lagos. Ref: MFO18062020
Job Summary:
Provide emergency recall and undertake on-call duties as part of the on-call team to ensure that emergency repairs occurring out of normal hours are attended to.
Work overtime to carry out emergency repairs as required by management. To liaise and work with other trades/disciplines including external agencies (contractors).
Participate fully in the Labour Management Scheme completing timesheets and job dockets and providing all relevant information. Interpret detailed engineering drawings and specifications to instruct and advise others.
Must be able to work efficiently with minimum supervision. Diagnose and repair faults on complex mechanical services, engineering plant and equipment, deal with new situations as they arise and pass on knowledge to others.
Monitor temperatures using handheld data collection device, diagnose faults, recalibrate and carry out repairs to thermostatic mixing valves and tanks.
Manufacture, assemble, erect and install new plumbing work as required. Fabricate / repair all sizes of iron pipework by screwing or welding. Work on steam raising plant, including distribution and condensate return systems.
Scope of Impact:
Mechanical installation, servicing and repair of engineering machinery and equipment.
Contributions includes high machine availability, safety of equipment and personnel, and high productivity.
To use range of tools and engineering techniques to maintain and repair mechanical plant, machinery and equipment to operational standards.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
OND or B.Sc./B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ cognate experience in maintenance of machines and equipment in a processing plant or Oil Tank Farm.
