Role: Front Desk Officer
Location: Amuwo – Odofin
Preferred Gender: Female
Age: Below 30 years
Salary Range: 40,000 – 60,000 Monthly net

Job Description  
• Undertake all receptionist and clerical duties. 
• Greet and welcome guests 
• Answer questions in line with company standard and address complaints 
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages 
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them 
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing of parcels

Academic qualifications 
• Bsc or HND in any discipline

Other requirements
• Be of pleasant demeanor and friendly disposition
• Have a friendly and easy-going personality
• Paying strong attention to detail
• Having a customer-oriented approach is essential.

Role: Inventory accountant/Store assistant
Location: Amuwo – Odofin
Salary Range: 70,000 – 90,000 Monthly net

Job Description  
• Assist in establishing and implementing inventory policies and procedures. 
• Perform weekly and monthly physical stock checks at the warehouse and report variances to the management. 
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc inventory levels and consumption reports to management as required
• Maintaining acceptable and accurate inventory levels at all time.
• Report shortfalls and surplus inventory weekly and monthly for replenishment.
• Assist other functional units within the Finance team in carrying out jobs as and when required by Management. 
• Work closely with Procurement, Business Development and sales teams to ensure proper inventory control and accounting practices.

Academic qualifications 
• Degree in Accounting or any related discipline

Other requirements 
• The ideal candidate would be en-route to obtaining an accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
• ERP knowledge is an advantage 

Experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role is mandatory
• High initiative and ability to work with no supervision
