F&B Manager
We are looking for an exceptional F&B Manager, who will be in charge of daily operations and ensure an excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities
• The person will be in charge of the daily operations of the department.
• Budgeting control.
• Deals with customer
• Oversees pricing and purchasing.
• Creating and implementing strategic food & beverage marketing.
• Ensuring profit margins are achieved.
• Develop and constantly train the f& b team.
Specification:
• Self-motivated.
• Bsc/Hnd in food service management or related fields.
• 5+ experience as a restaurant manager.
• Working knowledge of various restaurant management software.
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
• Service-minded.
